The contest which elected the Miss Rio Grande do Sul in 2011 was held on December 4, 2010 in the Barra Shopping in Porto Alegre. The winner was Priscilla Machado, representative of Farroupilha.

Competition Miss Rio Grande do Sul is the competition that selects the representative of the state of Rio Grande do Sul in the Miss Brazil. In turn, the winner of national contest competes for the title of Miss Universe.
